Heard learned counsel for both the sides. This application is filed for relaxation of condition imposed upon applicant vide order of this Court dated 04/10/2016, to reduce bail amount and to allow applicant to furnish more than one surety. Applicant is found involved in an offence punishable under Section 489-C of the Indian Penal Code and is convicted for a period of five years. Considering the involvement of applicant in an offence, as aforesaid, I do not find substance to Gaikwad RD 1/2

(P5)APPA-1317-16 reduce the amount of bail. However, having considering further submission as made out in the application, order is modified only to the effect to allow applicant to furnish one or more sureties to make bail amount of Rs.20,000/-. Application is allowed to this extent. Other conditions stands unaltered.
