Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they are challenging the order passed by the Trial Court on their Application u/s.9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. He submits that in view of deletion of section 9A of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. He submits that all contentions of the parties be kept open. Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. All contentions of the parties be kept open.
