1] The learned APP states that the Investigating Officer intended to serve notice upon the Applicant under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C., however, she was not found on the address.
2] The learned counsel for the applicant states that the Applicant is residing at the address given in the title clause. 3] Let the notice be served upon the Applicant on the said address. Upon receipt of the notice, the Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days from today. Upon her presence, the Investigating Officer shall follow procedure prescribed under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. and record reasons in case if he comes at a 1/2
