This application is taken out by the petitioner to amend the petition. It is asserted that the petition was instituted prior to lock down. In the intervening period, there have been certain developments, which bear upon the issues raised in the petition. It is necessary to bring the subsequent 1/2

The petition is at pre-admission stage.

The application for amendment deserves to be allowed. 6.

Hence, the interim application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
