By a reasoned order dated 10.10.2017 this Court has granted interim relief.

Perused the record.

Prima facie, it appears that, on the directions of the principal accused Salim Kureshi the applicant accepted a sum of Rs.30,000/- from the first informant Shri. Dilip Chouhan. Apart from the said overt act there is no role attributed to the applicant in the present crime. In view of the same, the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. Interim relief granted by 1/2

Ashok Nalawade aba-1794-17an order dated 10.10.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer on 21.12.2017 and 22.12.2017 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and to join the process of investigation.

It is made clear that the Investigating Officer shall not detain the applicant beyond 12.00 noon on the said dates on any count.
