The learned APP on instructions state that the Investigating Officer attempted to serve a notice under section 41-A upon the applicant, however the applicant was not traced on the given address.

The learned counsel for the applicant make a categorical statement that the applicant is residing with her father on the address mentioned in the title clause of the application. 2.

Let the Investigating Officer serve a notice upon the applicant within a period of 3 days from today. Pursuant to the notice the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of 7 days. Upon Ashish Mhaske
