Heard. This application is for review of the order dated 23.09.2015 passed by this court in Misc. Civil Application No.150/2015 on the ground that the petitioner checked the status of the matter on official website of this court on 12.09.2015 and on that day the next date was shown as 12.10.2015. Because of that, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out on 23.09.2015.

It is to be noted that the Misc. Civil Application No.150/2015 was on board on 11.09.2015 and same was adjourned to 23.09.2015. Though the notice was duly served on Basavraj G Patil 1/2

14.2.16-rpv the petitioner none appeared on behalf of her either on 11.09.2015 or 23.09.2015. Hence, this court passed final order on 23.09.2015. Therefore, the ground on which the petitioner is seeking the review of the order, is not sustainable.

Hence, the Review Petition stands rejected.
