The learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing at length seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice.

The applicant is in custody since 6.9.2016. The case is registered as Sessions Case No.1164 of 2016. The case rests upon circumstantial evidence. There are no criminal antecedents. Hence, the learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No.1164 of 2016 is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months from the date of framing of charge.

The application stands disposed of.
