Learned APP, on instructions from Mr. Awari, P.I. attached to EOW, Mumbai submitted that, till date the officer or the office bearer of Petitioner have not been called by concerned Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation in Crime No.159 of 2012 registered with Vinoba Bhave Nagar Police Station, Kurla (West). She on instructions submitted that, however in the said crime the police have already submitted chargesheet against 33 accused. That, further investigation of the said crime as contemplated under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C. is being conducted by the Investigating Agency.

In view thereof, we find that, apprehension of the Petitioner as of today is unfounded.

Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions submitted that, the Petitioner has already paid entire loan amount to Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.2 has issued No Dues Certificate to it which is annexed at page Nos.44 and 45 to the petition. 4.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the petition and is accordingly disposed off.
