Heard learned Counsel for the Review Petitioner and learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1/MPSC.

There is no error apparent in the impugned order dated 28 September 2017. Even otherwise no case for interference is made out, inasmuch as the learned Counsel for the Review Petitioner has not been able to point out any document to show that the interview was to be conducted on 20 March 2015. On the other hand, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1/MPSC has shown us a call letter dated 4 March 2015 addressed by Respondent No.1/MPSC to the Petitioner

k 1-rpw-140.18 in wp 13933-2016.doc which specifically records that physical test is to be conducted on 16 March 2015 and at that time the Review Petitioner is required to carry all original documents.
