The learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to delete prayer clauses (a) and (b) with liberty to file a fresh Civil Application for the same cause of action. Same is allowed. Amendment to be carried forthwith.

The present Civil Application is preferred by the Appellant for providing present correct address of the Applicants.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in paragraph 3 of the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has Basavraj G Patil 1/2
4327.14-caf made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
(A) Leave to amend the memo of First Appeal in respect of the address of the Applicant/ Appellant be granted.
(B) Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today.
(C) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
