Learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions submits that copy of the application has been served upon learned counsel for the respondent. This is an application seeking liberty to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant in this Court towards the arrears of maintenance. Applicant, by an order dated 24/08/2015 was directed to deposit the amount within 3 weeks. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that amount of Rs. 58,000/- has been deposited.
