Today when the matter is called out, the only prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner is to dispose of the petition by directing fourth respondent to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's various representations filed as 'Exhibit C'. 2.

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this petition by directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representations at "Exhibit C" and take appropriate decision on that in accordance with law, as early as possible but in any case not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
