By efflux of time, this application has become infructuous. 2.

By this application , the Applicant is seeking an order of cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Respondent Nos.2 to 6. 3.

During the pendency of this application, a charge-sheet has already been filed and, thereafter, Respondent Nos.2 to 6 have been granted regular bail.

In view of this, this application for cancellation of anticipatory

2/2 APL 1165 of 2015 bail does not survive.

Another grievance of the Applicant is regarding certain observations made by the Court while granting anticipatory bail to Respondent Nos. 2 to 6. Such observations are always of prima facie in nature. Hence, there is no question of expunging these observations. Criminal application is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
