Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred by claimants for deleting the name of Appellant Nos.6 and 7 who died on 02.02.2000 and 12.10.2006.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed at the cost and Mohite 1/2

"(a) The Applicant No.1 be allowed to delete the names of Applicant No.6 and 7 and make necessary amendments in the Memo of First Appeal."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
