We are of the view that the purpose of this petition shall stand served if following directions are issued to Respondent No.1 and so we issue the following directions:- (i) Respondent No.3 is directed to decide the proposal dated 30.09.2013 and 21.07.2022 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Peon, in accordance with law, at the earliest and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this Court.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
