The petitioners also produced a copy of police report filed before the concerned Sessions Court opposing the anticipatory bail application filed by a partner of respondent No. 4 - Firm. Copies of these documents have been supplied to the other sides. These documents are ordered to be taken on record. 2.

The set of Frequently Asked Questions of Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Macro Enterprises Order 2012 dated 24.10.2016 has a reference to Udyog Aadhar Memorandum replacing EM-I & EM-II w.e.f. 18.9.2015. Respondent No. 2 i.e Central Warehousing Corporation shall produce a copy of this document before the Court latest by 15.4.2019 with copies thereof circulated amongst the Advocates of other parties.
