The order impugned at page 25 passed by Sessions Court at Vasai only make over complaint of petitioner to investigating officer for inquiry. It also mentions Crime No.510/2018. The development after this order dated 5/7/2018 are not pointed out.

Not only this the FIR registered on 9/6/2018 does not contain facts necessary to attract either section 454 or provision of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 3.
