By this Application, the Applicants have sought to condone the delay and to restore the Petition which was dismissed for non removal of office objections.

Learned counsel for the Applicants states that office objections will be removed within a period of one week. He states that the delay was mainly due to outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the delay is condoned. Petition is ordered to be restored to file.
