Primary grievance in the Petition, amongst others, is that Respondent No.1 is not disposing Petitioner's Appeal despite Petitioner making pre-deposit of 10% of the disputed tax. Ms. Vyas states that her instructions are, Respondent No.1 will decide the Appeal by 11th November 2022. Statement accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In view of this, Mr. Patkar, states, Petition can be disposed. Petition disposed. No order as to costs.
