We are surprised to see that the management is before this Court seeking directions to terminate the services of Respondent No.7. If the management is incompetent to take action against its own employees, the Court is helpless. The writ petition is dismissed.

We find that the petition is frivolous and therefore cost of Rs.5,000/- shall be paid by the Petitioner to the High Court Legal Services Committee.
