Learned counsel Mr. Mangesh Parte appearing with Mr. Deepak Chitnis is present. The main Writ Petition No. 4451 of 2015 is decided and disposed on 3rd September 2015 by this Court (Coram: M.S. Sonak, J.) with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the main suit itself as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of 4 months from the date of the order. 2.

According to the application received from learned Judge, C.R. No.26, Court of Small Causes, Mumbai, the aforesaid order dated 3rd September 2015 was communicated to the authority concerned on 28th September 2015 and thereafter necessary procedure for hearing of the suit was undertaken so as to record the ABS

WP 4451-2016 evidence of all the witnesses of the plaintiff. It is further requested to extend the time for disposal of the suit by 6 months. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-original plaintiff having no objection, the time limit to dispose of the main suit is extended by 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the Court concerned, so as to hear and expeditiously dispose RAD Suit No. 243 of 2007.

Note is disposed accordingly.
