The order impugned is dated 24.03.2017 passed by the learned Ad-hoc Judge, City Civil Court and Assistant Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Goregaon, Mumbai, by which the learned Judge was pleased to reject the Chamber Summons of the Petitioners, being Chamber Summons No. 429 of 2010.

It appears that the Petitioners are not interested in pursuing the Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
