Learned counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition No.13055 of 2018 seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He also makes a statement that his client has no objection for the petition being filed by the respondents namely Writ Petition No.6904 of 2018 to be allowed in view of the out of Court settlement reached between the parties. A letter dated 10 December, 2021 to that effect recording the settlement as arrived between the petitioner and respondent no.1-management and and another letter dated 1/2
2-wp 6904@13055-18.doc 10 December, 2021 seeking leave to withdraw writ petition no.13055 of 2018 are also placed on record in the respective writ petitions. The petitioner-Shri. Raosaheb Waman Tupe is present in the Court and has accordingly, instructed his learned counsel.

In the above circumstances, writ petition no.13055 of 2018 is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. No costs.

Writ petition no.6904 of 2018 would stand allowed in terms of the settlement between the parties.
