Ms. Joshi has tendered affidavit of Sandeep Vallabh Keskar, son as also Power of Attorney holder of the petitioner. Along with the affidavit, she has filed consent terms dated 30 th March, 2017 duly signed by the parties in R.A.D. Suit No. 1815 of

W.P. No. 10478-2012 2011, as also photo copy of PAN card and General Power of Attorney are annexed. Same is taken on record and marked as "X colly" for identification.

In view of this affidavit, Ms. Joshi seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition. Mr. Mattos has no objection. In view thereof, Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Order accordingly.
