Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned A.G.P. and having perused the Petition, along with annexures thereto, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No.2 to decide proposals submitted by Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 dated 5th March 2015 and 23rd June 2015, respectively, regarding approval to the transfer of Petitioner No.1 from Unaided Primary School to Aided Primary School, copies of which are annexed at Exhibits "C" and "D", Page Nos.16 and 17, to the Petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and Respondent No.2 shall decide the said proposals submitted by Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 independently on its own merit and all contentions in this regard are expressly kept open.
