Perused the order dated 1.10.2019 whereby the petitioner No.2 was directed to appear before the Board to be constituted by the Dean of Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, to examine petitioner No.2 and decide whether in their view, it will be advisable to terminate the pregnancy of the petitioner No.2, who is 22 weeks pregnant.

Heard advocates. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is not coming forward to give any instructions and it appears that she has not remained present
