The learned Senior Counsel Shri R S Apte after arguing for some time, on instructions of the learned Advocate on record for the Applicant, Shri Mateen Shaikh, seeks withdrawal of the above Criminal Application to pursue the remedy by way of discharge under the Criminal Procedure Code. The above Criminal Application is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. If any application for discharge is filed, needless to state that, the same would be heard and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law and expeditiously.
