P.C:- This petition is filed for direction to transfer the investigation of FIR No.23 of 2013 registered at Paidhuni Police Station to any other agency. The learned PP points out that the incident was of the year 2013. Charge-sheet was filed in the year 2014 and charges were framed in 2018. Considering the time-span from the date of the incident, at this stage, we are not inclined to exercise writ jurisdiction to consider the prayer of transfer of investigation. As direction, at this stage, after lapse of so many years, will not yield any fruitful result. If the Petitioner has any remedy under
