P.C.:- In pursuance of Orders dated 14th November, 2022 and 12th December, 2022, Mr. Abid Abu Attar, Chief Medical Officer, Nashik-Road Central Prison, Nashik has filed an Affidavit dated 3rd January, 2023. It is stated therein that, the Petitioner was referred to the Civil Hospital on various occasions, a chart whereof is annexed at page No.11 of the said Affidavit. It is further stated that, the Petitioner has been transferred to Ahmednagar Prison and is presently lodged there. That, the Divisional Officer, Nashik has also conducted an inquiry into the grievance of the Petitioner and by a communication dated 5th October, 2021, the Deputy Commissioner, General Department has informed the Petitioner about the 1/2

ssm 2 36-wp5854.21.doc same. In the inquiry it was revealed that, the Petitioner was in fact provided Medical treatment by referring him to Government General Hospital, Nashik.
