Learned counsel for Applicant/Original Defendant No.2 submits that on instructions on her client they want to withdraw the Civil Revision Application as not pressed for. 2.

She submits that order under challenged was an interim order passed by the Court in a suit filed under Section 41 of the Presidency Small Causes Court Act 1882. She further submits that pending this Civil Revision Application before this Court, the matter proceeded further before the Small Causes Court.
