By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking condonation of 314 days delay in filing Appeal from Order challenging the order dated 07/11/2015 passed by City Civil Court, Mumbai in Notice of Motion No. 2869 of 2015 in LC Suit No. 1667 of 2015.
