This interim Application is filed seeking extension of ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 10 May 2023 for a period of 12 weeks. The Appeal filed by the Appellants has been rejected by judgment and order dated 20 September 2023. In that judgment, this Court has arrived at a conclusion that 6th and 7th Floor structures allegedly occupied by the Appellants are not just blatently unauthorized, but also dangerous. In that view of the matter, the interim order granted by this Court cannot be continued. Interim Application is accordingly rejected.
