The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 1 year and 316 days in filing the above Civil Revision Application. The reasons why the delay of 1 year and 316 days has occurred are mentioned in paragraph 6 of the Civil Application. The sum and substance of the reasons is that the Applicant had filed a Second Appeal in this Court being Second Appeal No.228 of 2015. It is only after withdrawal of the said Second Appeal that the instant Civil Revision Application came to be filed, which has resulted in the said delay of 1 year and 316 days occurring in filing the Civil Revision Application.
