Heard both sides. Perused the petition and the annexures thereto. The pending claim of the petitioner before the second respondent-Scrutiny Committee shall be decided as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from today. Till the date the Scrutiny Committee passes an order and for a further period of 15 days, in the event the order is adverse to the petitioner, the fourth respondent shall not cancel the admission of the petitioner to the Civil Engineering Diploma course nor should it take any other coercive steps.
