When the writ petition is called out, we do not find any representation from the side of the petitioners. Mr. Pabale, learned AGP for the State is present together with learned advocate for the applicant in Interim Application No. 3457 of 2019.

In view of the contents of the praecipe, we find that the petitioner does not wish to press the writ petition any further and seeks its withdrawal. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. 4.

Since the writ petition does not survive, the interim application stands disposed of.
