Since parties got married in 2008 and considering the nature of offence alleged, case for protection is made out. 2.

In the event of arrest in Crime No.I-365 of 2021 registered with Kapurbawdi Police Station, Thane for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC, applicant is directed to be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.10,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

Applicant shall neither influence the witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer from 27th December, 2021 to 30th December, 2021 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed.

As such, application stands disposed of.
