Admittedly, after completion of investigation of present crime, police have submitted charge-sheet before the trial Court. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel appearing for Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy i.e. either to file an Application for discharge or to contest the said case arising out of C.R. No. 413 of 2018, registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai, as contemplated under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the trial Court.

Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.
