Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Though respondent nos.1 to 6 are duly served, no one appeared on behalf of them when the matter was called out.

This application is for condonation of 30 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the award dated 29.5.2014 passed by MACT, Satara in MACP No.296 of 2009.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for Mohite 1/2

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:

"(a) That the delay of about 30 days in filing these Appeals be condoned."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
