Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned A.G.P. and having perused the Petitions, along with annexures thereto, we deem it appropriate to dispose of these Petitions by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the proposals submitted by Petitioner No.3 dated 2nd August 3/4

2015 regarding approval to the transfer of Petitioner No.1 from Unaided Primary School to Aided Primary School, copies of which are annexed at Exhibit "C" Page No.15, to the Petitions, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of these Petitions and Respondent No.2 shall decide the said proposals submitted by Petitioner No.3 independently on its own merit and all contentions in this regard are expressly kept open.
