1] Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. Though the respondents are duly served no one appears on their behalf when the matter is called out.

2] This application is preferred by the petitioner for carrying out appropriate amendments in writ petition. Learned Counsel for the

YBG 18-caw260-16 applicant submits that the petition is pending for admission. 3] Considering this fact and reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case to carry out amendments.

4] Hence, the applicant is allowed to carry out amendments as per Exh.A to the application within four weeks from today, failing which the civil application will be dismissed.

5] If amendments is carried out in the stipulated time, the applicant will serve the amended copy of the petition on respondents and/or their advocates immediately.
