The grievance of the petitioner is that police is not registering FIR. Petitioner seeks police protection. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in respect of 2nd incident FIR has been registered on 9th April, 2016 being FIR No.159/2016.

In respect of the incident in question, the petitioner may resort to alternate remedy as prescribed under Cr. P.C.. In case petitioner desires to seek police protection, he can file appropriate application to
