By this application, the Applicant has sought to restore the appeal after condoning the delay of 47 days in filing the application. The appeal was dismissed for non removal of office objections. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the office objections will be removed within a period of one week.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The appeal along with delay condonation application is ordered to be restored. 3.
