Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of adinterim protection granted by order dated 11th October 2019, to enable the petitioner to seek appropriate relief in the proceedings that is likely to be initiated by the petitioner. In the event, any proceedings are initiated pursuant to the liberty granted within a period of four weeks from today, ad-interim protection granted on 11th October 2019 to continue for a period of five weeks.
