Heard Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

By this application, the applicant seeks transit bail of three weeks in order to enable him to approach the appropriate Court. He seeks transit bail in connection with C.R.No.ECIR/03/AMZO/15 registered with the Directorate of Enforcement, Ahmedabad, on the

basis of FIR No.I-85/15 registered with Kishanwadi Police Station, Vadodara. According to the Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, the applicant was issued summons for appearing before the Assistant Director, Enforcement Directorate, Ahmedabad. He states that as the applicant failed to appear before the authority, pursuant to the summons, a Non Bailable Warrant (NBW) has been issued by the learned District Judge and Special Judge, PMLA, Mirzapur, Ahmedabad (State - Gujrat). Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant may be protected for a period of three weeks to enable him to appear before the appropriate authority, for seeking appropriate reliefs.

Learned APP states that the Ulhasnagar Police Station has received the NBW for executing the same on the applicant.

Considering the aforesaid, the applicant is granted transit bail till 15.11.2015 from today to enable him to approach the appropriate Court, for seeking appropriate reliefs.

O R D E R

(i) In the event of the applicant's arrest in C.R.No.ECIR/03/AMZO/15, he be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The transit bail granted in favour of the applicant shall be deemed to be vacated on completion of the said period i.e. on 16.11.2015.

The Application is disposed of. It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits.
