Learned APP on instructions submitted that after the order dated 21.10.2016 was passed by this Court granting stay to the letter dated 30.06.2016 issued by the Senior Police Inspector of Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai, the police have registered crime No. 502 of 2016 under Sections 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code dated 26.10.2016. It appears from the record that the applicant has not approached the Sessions Court by preferring an application for anticipatory bail at the first instance.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Sessions Court for filing an application for anticipatory bail. 3.

Leave and liberty granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
