The learned APP makes a statement that in the present case i.e. in Sessions Case No.19 of 2014, charge has been framed. Witnesses summons are issued. In view of this, the learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice.

However, the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Mangaon, seized with Sessions Case No.19 of 2014 is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the recording of substantive evidence , as far as possible, within nine months. Application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
