By these applications, applicant - Chandan Krishnarao Nangare, father of Eshita, aged about 13 years seeks access to his daughter as, according to him, he could not see his daughter for a considerable long period.

It appears from the tenor of the language in the application that Ehsita'
s mother committed suicide on 30th September, 2016 in the morning. The applicant is facing a prosecution for the offence punishable under section 306 of the I.P.C and he is on bail. The trial has not yet commenced.

Considering these facts, by an order dated 14th March, 2023, matter was listed in the chambers by arranging video conferencing link to the daughter of the applicant in order to ascertain as to whether she is ready and willing to meet her father. 4.
Today, Eshita appeared before me in the Chambers through video conferencing. Upon being asked, she flatly refused to meet her father/applicant.

Learned Counsel for the applicant as well as the respondent are present in the Chambers.

In that view of the matter, the applications need to be rejected. As such, applications stand rejected. 7.
Both the applications are disposed of.
