Application is filed for condonation of 56 days delay occurred in filing application for leave to appeal. By the order dated 4th December 2015, we had issued notice to the Respondents. Office endorsement shows that the Respondents are served. However, none on their behalf is present today when the matter was called out. They also have not filed reply affidavit. The averments made in the application are therefore deemed to have been accepted by them. 2.

That apart, the Applicant has explained delay by giving proper explanation in paragraph Nos. 2 to 6. We find the explanation to be satisfactory. In that view of the matter, delay is condoned. Application in allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Office to register application for leave to appeal.
