This Civil Application seeks recall of a self operative dismissal order passed by this Court in the Second Appeal for non-compliance with office objections. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Office objections shall now be complied with within a period of two weeks from today failing which the Second Appeal shall stand dismissed under Rule 5 Chapter 5 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules.
